Shipping policy

Legality

We sell products which are 100% Legal in The Netherlands. As we can’t overview all the laws per country, it is your own legal responsibility to check the Regulatory Status of our products in your country. If your product is seized by customs, it is your own responsibility and we cannot refund your money.

Shipment Process

Once your order is placed and we received your payment we will dispatch your product within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation of your payment and a track and trace code of the shipment once it leaves our warehouse.

The shipment company sends you update on when they will deliver your package. Natural Psilocybe is a fresh product. Please make sure you are at home to receive your package. If you miss the delivery they will try again. If you miss them 2 times they will send the package back to us. We are not able to refund your package. If the customs seize your package it is at your own cost.

We do not refund your money, if customs seized your package or if you provided us with incorrect address information. You are responsible to know about the legal status of our products in your country and provide us with your correct address.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This shipping policy shall be governed by and construed under the law of the Netherlands.

We cannot and will not make any claims about the legal status of any products in any other country, because it is impossible for us to keep up with the continually changing laws in every country. We do not guarantee in any way that the information and products on this website are available, applicable or legally permitted outside the Netherlands.

We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in your country. You have the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations before ordening.

We ship to most countries within the EU.

NO shipping to the UK (United Kingdom), Northern Ireland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Malta, Canary Islands (Spain) and outside Europe. No shipping to USA, Canada and various other countries outside the EU.
