Protocols
It would be best to consume the microdose according to a specific schedule stating how often and when you take it. This is called a protocol.
So far, six different microdosing protocols have been identified. We will describe three of them below.
The Beginners Protocol – or the Fadiman Protocol – is a good start for people who are microdosing for the first time. This protocol is based on a 3-day cycle for the next two months.
As you can see in the schedule below: On the first day, you microdose, followed by two days without microdosing; on the third day, you microdose again. Follow this routine for two months.
Try this microdosing protocol to determine if it is right for you and experience what microdosing can do for you. After two months, take a break for 2 to 4 weeks to let your system reset.
It’s important to find your dosage ’sweet spot’ since there is no set rule for microdosing. Your microdose ‘sweet spot’ refers to the dosage amount that gives you optimal benefits. What is microdosing?
Microdosing is an innovative approach to improving mental and emotional states. It involves taking very small amounts of psychoactive substances – such as psilocybin or LSD, to bring about subtle improvements in daily functioning – such as increased concentration, creativity, productivity and reduced anxiety and stress. Many people use microdosing as an alternative way to improve their mental and emotional well-being.
What is the effect of microdosing?
Microdosing is ingesting very small amounts of psychoactive substances, such as psilocybin, to enhance mental and emotional states without experiencing the hallucinogenic effect. Microdosing is often done to increase creativity, productivity, concentration and social skills. Other reported effects include reduced anxiety, increased empathy and lifted spirits.
Is microdosing addictive?
No, microdosing is not addictive to a person who is healthy and aware. Although there is no evidence that microdosing can cause psychological addiction, it is essential to pay close attention to how you handle psilocybin and other natural products.
The Microdose truffles used by Fungki® are the result of a years-long breeding process of sclerotia, which is the plural of sclerotium.
A sclerotium is a compact mass of hardened fungal mycelium. The exterior of the sclerotium sometimes has a membranous layer that prevents dehydration. When the environment is favourable, fruiting bodies such as mushrooms can develop.
Sclerotium is rich in fat and polysaccharides. Fungki® Microdosing contains the substances psilocybin and psilocin, as well as other nutrients, in addition to fats and polysaccharides, in low doses. They are grown for the optimum size, perfectly suitable for microdosing. The sclerotium is rich in fat and polysaccharides. Don’t microdose if:
- You have a pre-existing mental health condition, such as schizophrenia or severe anxiety;
- You are on the autism spectrum;
- You are colour-blind;
- You have experienced trauma;
- You are feeling generally unwell.
Do not use this product or other mind-altering products in the following cases;
- If you are pregnant;
- If you are troubled or predisposed to psychosis or other mental disorders;
- If you are depressed;
- If you have used drugs, medicines, or alcohol.
- If you are under the age of 18 – truffles are only intended for persons aged 18 years and older.

If the truffles are still in their original, sealed packaging, you can keep them for up to two months. However, once they are removed from the packaging, it is important to store them properly to preserve their quality and shelf life. This means storing them in a dry and cold place, keeping them safe to consume for about two weeks.
We recommend starting microdosing in the morning. Take your dose with a glass of water and swallow without chewing, preferably on an empty stomach.
