Not sure if microdosing is right for you? Book a personal 25 minute online consultation with independent psychologist Annick Pieters MSc. In a calm and confidential setting, you can ask questions about microdosing, safety, dosage and which protocol may suit your situation best. The conversation is there to help you make a more informed decision. It is not therapy, a diagnosis or a medical consultation.
Practical information
Annick works independently from Fungki. We pay her per consultation, not per protocol sold. We are not informed about what you discuss or what the outcome is. There is no obligation to start microdosing or to buy anything from us. Sometimes microdosing may be a good fit, sometimes waiting is the better choice, and sometimes it may not suit your situation at all. We believe people make better decisions when they have honest information, space to ask questions and no pressure to buy.
Choose a date, time and language. After payment, you’ll receive an email with your appointment details and video link.
Your goals and expectations, lifestyle and current demands, previous experiences, key considerations and safety. If appropriate, you’ll also discuss a suitable next step.
Annick will email you a short summary that same day, so you can review it in your own time. No treatment plan, no personal file.
Microdosing means taking a very small amount of a psychoactive substance on a regular basis. The dose is usually around 5 to 10% of a full psychedelic dose. At this level, you do not experience a trip or visual effects. The dose remains below the perceptual threshold.
What people often do describe is a subtle difference in how their day feels: more clarity, less mental noise or a greater sense of focus. The effects are usually subtle and gradual. That is why microdosing is generally done according to a set protocol, alternating microdose days with rest days.
Experiences with microdosing vary greatly from person to person. It does not work the same way for everyone.
People commonly report:
At the same time, it is important to emphasise that microdosing is not a magic solution. It works best as part of a broader routine that includes good sleep, exercise and a conscious lifestyle.
Psilocybin is not known to be addictive, and there is no evidence that microdosing causes physical dependence. It is still important to approach microdosing consciously and with structure. That is why most protocols include rest days and planned breaks. This helps prevent tolerance and makes it easier to observe what the effects are for you personally.
Microdosing does not work like coffee, where you feel an immediate effect. It is more about rhythm: a consistent cycle of a microdose followed by rest days. This gives your body and mind space to process and integrate the experience.
The Fungki Beginner Protocol follows a 3 day cycle:
This rhythm is repeated over several weeks.
Subtle.
Structured.
Measurable.
