We sell products which are 100% Legal in The Netherlands. As we can’t overview all the laws per country, it is your own legal responsibility to check the Regulatory Status of our products in your country. If your product is seized by customs, it is your own responsibility and we cannot refund your money.<\/p>\n
Once your order is placed and we received your payment we will dispatch your product within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation of your payment and a track and trace code of the shipment once it leaves our warehouse.<\/p>\n
The shipment company sends you update on when they will deliver your package. Natural Psilocybe is a fresh product. Please make sure you are at home to receive your package. If you miss the delivery they will try again. If you miss them 2 times they will send the package back to us. We are not able to refund your package. If the customs seize your package it is at your own cost.<\/p>\n
We do not refund your money, if customs seized your package or if you provided us with incorrect address information. You are responsible to know about the legal status of our products in your country and provide us with your correct address.
